The Northern Region has an underground infrastructure for the distribution of natural gas for domestic and industrial use, in the municipality of Acuña and Piedras Negras. The cost per cubic meter of this element is $8.28 (1). Liquid Propane (L.P.) distribution (via stationary and portable containers) is available in the remainder of the municipalities of the region. The cost of this form of gas is $8.28*pesos per Kilo (2).
