As prologue to our State’s outstanding work environment, the best way to express it is by accentuating the lack of labor strikes in Coahuila. With more than 500,000 formal and insured employees in our State, the absence of strikes is a very distinguishable accomplishment.

This status explains itself by looking to our great work conditions and the importance that the State Government puts into solving any difference between unions and entrepreneurs.

Coahuila has avoided strikes for more than fifteen years and we plan to keep it that way by improving time and again the work environment, by preparing the employees, by hearing the legitimate need of unions and by punctually solving the problems that may arise
